Wardogs sets 2028 console release window

BULKHEAD celebrated the Early Access release of Wardogs with a Halo-inspired trailer.

Following a closed beta that drew in thousands of players, Wardogs has officially been released in Early Access on Steam. While the game is currently only available to PC players, developer BULKHEAD has announced that the game will come to consoles in 2028.

Wardog’s console release window was confirmed in a post on X. The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer to commemorate the Early Access launch. It’s a reference to Halo 3’s iconic “Believe” trailer, with characters frozen in action across a battlefield as piano plays over the images. 

Xbox and PS5 players looking to check out the hot new military shooter will have to wait over a year until they’re able to. In that time, the game’s PC version will likely receive tunes and tweaks as BULKHEAD prepares it for launch.
